4. Get busy ballin'... Or get busy wallin'
Good news is that it works now. After spending about 3 hours trying to implement triggers colliders in unity, we realised that none of this worked and instead we just added a check to our previous implementation to whether the ball is within the limits of the plane. It was like 4 or 5 lines. So that's the update. We wasted a buncha time just to use nothing of it. That's it. See you next time.
"I remember the first time I saw those balls. For a moment, I felt like a kid again too, lost in the moment of pure happiness. But let me tell you something, friend. Those little plastic balls they throw into those ball pits at the fast food joints? They can't survive in a place like this. They're like a fish out of water. Or, in this case, like a ball out of the pit.
Those balls, they're made for fun. They're made for kids to jump into and swim around in. They're made for laughter and joy. But in this place, there's none of that. There's no laughter. There's no joy. There's just concrete and steel and the sound of guards' boots on the floor.
Those balls, they need to be free. They need to bounce around and be played with. But in here, they're trapped. They're stuck in this prison, just like we are. They can't escape. They can't live.
And it's not just the balls, you know? It's everything. The birds outside, they can't fly. The trees, they can't grow. The sun, it can't shine like it should. Everything in here is trapped, suffocated by these walls.
Those balls couldn't survive in here, just like I couldn't. It was a painful reminder that the outside world was full of life and freedom, while inside these walls, we were nothing but prisoners. But that memory also gave me hope - hope that someday, I too could experience that kind of joy again, outside these prison walls." - ChatGPT
